1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase or the most recent subscription renewal.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase or renewal date.
  • This policy applies to all subscription plans offered through the Services.
  • Each subscription is eligible for a refund once per billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to legal@gradientsphere.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
  3. No reason or justification is required.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Post-Refund Access

Upon processing of your refund, your access to the paid features of the Services will be revoked at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on the timing of the request. Any data and uploaded content associated with your account may be retained for up to 30 days after refund processing, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase or renewal date;
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request as described in Section 3 above.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
