At Gradient Sphere LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide the best possible Services for our users. Due to the high compute costs associated with the operation of our autonomous AI agents and related infrastructure, we have implemented the following Refund Policy for subscriptions to Chaos.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription plans, initial purchases, renewals, or setup fees. Because our Services immediately incur high computational costs and API usage upon your use, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason once your payment has been processed.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will prevent any future charges from occurring on your account.

  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features and limits until the end of your current, fully-paid billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or unused usage quotas in the current billing cycle.

3. Disputed Charges

Any disputed charge, chargeback, or payment reversal initiated by you or your financial institution without prior valid communication with us may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to contest any unwarranted chargebacks with evidence of your usage of our Services.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
